After you expalin that, can you also explain why I have to patch a
Microsoft patch that I just installed. Why can't I download and install
the fully patched version.
It's especially egregious when I have to reboot after the first patch
install, only to find out that I need to download and install a patch for
the patch, *and* reboot once again.
