I find when someone approaches me with terrible English, and obviously
fractured phrases, I back them up, and, knowing they have no clue, I parse
their attempts very carefully, and most times I get it right -- of course, most
people don't give a flying fleep to help a foreign language speaker, in any
country any more! :P
