Well, I see the Zone 2 gate is back up and running. Please let me remind all 
Zone 2 systems that the _UNIX_ echo is a live echotag in Zone 1, and is fully 
moderated in Zone 1 by yours truly. While I have no objections to the gating 
of the echo to Zone 2, I do ask that all posts be made in English, and that 
any interests in a European-only echo on Unix consider an alternative tag.
I realize this may be a bit presumptive of me, but I'm trying to head off the 
same calamaties that resulted the last time a Zone 1  Zone 2 gateway 
mysteriously appeared in the _UNIX_ echo.
If there are any questions, I'll be happy to entertain them in NETMAIL.
Otherwise, welcome to _UNIX_ and I hope we all can be of service to one 
another.
