That's what I thought.  "Most of the time" in the situation you
describe, you'll want it to be server-side because you would not wnat the
email account being bcc'd to someone else to be able to stop bcc'ing.  In
other words, you're monitoring someone's outbound email, and you don't want
the person to be able to stop you.
