On my keyboard, the BIOS doesn't process this key at all...  So this was
(most likely a case) where we didn't know it was a valid key.
If you want to, you could have a constant to store the number, and then
use the constant as a key...  IE:
    constant AltShiftEnter = 7419
    proc foo()
        // Whatever you want to do here...
    end
         Foo()
