Hi Barry,
let me jump in here and tell you my little story... :-)
Some time ago, one of Germany's best known live-engineers had to call back
home saying something like: 'Hey guys, you don't mind sending me another
20 d&b amps by taxi, don't you? I will need them in about 3 hours... '.
Nope, it wasn't me! I do only turn around monitor-knobs sometimes ;-)
So Kurt, wherever you are: ALWAYS CHECK THE SYSTEM YOU'RE GOING TO PLUG IN!
It's not even one minute - your equipment should be worth the time.
Even in the old country, where everything is supposed to work fine, we do
this already automatically. ;-)))
'til nexttime
