->  but usually it is 2500 - 3000 cps.
        Well I guess the 4500 was on a non-zip file....on a non zip with
        a 33.6 USR Sportster I went to 5120 and recently even faster and
        with a ZIP file transfers here stay between the 2700 - 3400 cps.
        Well if you can go upto 3000 , then the lines aren't THAT bad
        ...they're just bad...:)....that's why Bill Gates said that
        Indian phone lines suck (this is not a quote of his words BTW)
