Not only that, Apple OSx patches don't appear to be well tested. The
recent Adobe/QuickTime fiasco comes to mind ( just fixed with another QT
update yesterday ). Also after the last round of patches with my Intel
mac-mini I had to disable the power settings as the mini will no longer
wake up the plasma tv after a timed shutdown. That appears to be a
'feature' as I've seen similar complaints. Apple has no excuse for the
shoddy updates as their hardware/software configuration is pretty much
fixed.
