HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User=
 Shell Folders for a value named Cache.  It should be REG_EXPAND_SZ with =
value %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.  Under =
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shel=
l Folders the same value should have the expanded path to the same = location.

          changed recently (like with the april IE patches as it used to =

          profile/local settings/temporary internet files/content.ie5 =
(which is still
          there btw). Must have been some sort of an effort to break the =
special purge
          programs that are available.
