For example I list only one of multitude problems of R50: ZMH. East network
of R50 need ZMH at near 20-21 GMT, but this time of ZMH is very bad for
Europe sysops of Z2. In same zone this problem can not resolve (in current
Policy)! So - separation is necessary, and more representation for R50C can
not good for us (and other sysops of Z2)!
