I was in Bris one winter when the temp dropped to 5 degrees.  Everyone was
complaining about the cold, but gave me blank looks when I pointed out that
the doors all had a 1 to 2 inch gap at the bottom.

I suppose there are always a few.....

Re Temperatures inside.  Katherine (21) who has just moved in, is from QLD
and is surviving with no trouble at all.  Mind you there are three heaters
running permanently, and wearing anything more than a T shirt on top makes
me break out in a sweat :-)
