You know what really bothers me about this? It used to be on the WINNT
forum that the guys from MS would see these types of posts. But with
Microsoft forums you don't get that. Each group is isolated so when one
group generates ill will with the users, that ill will is kept between the
users and that group.

Out of sight out of mine, nobody at MS knows who is pissing off the users
except the groups pissing them off.
