Right. IF it's a demonstrator or customer return. Simply
being a display model doesn't do it. And, if you buy a
product from a Radio Shack dealer/franchise store, all bets
are off. Company policies only apply to company-owned stores.
I do want to make the point that there are a few of us working
at Radio Shack who actually know our stuff. This needs
pointed out considering the Radio Shack bashing I see.
