 Both of my systems run in that manner, but mainly because I picked
 up the Japanese style of writing dates long before anyone had ever
 heard of Y2k... for no other reason than 97.10.19 seemed the most
 logical to me.
 Happily, Maximus lets me use that format, as does my OS, so all is
 well for me.
