What about you, you are not using a alias/handle that I know of.

Actually your real name as I know it to be is hard configged in the
jamnntpd server, so you could never post with an alias or handle even if
you told xnews otherwise.

I suspect you are inquiring about people calling you "Otto", this
rule doesnt cover that, but it might be covered in another section of the
new ruleset.

However if you dont react the way people are expecting you to react when
they use that reference, it will become a bore to them to continue to use
it.

Ignoring it did the trick..

Your case isnt that extreme, technically "Otto" is part of your
full given name.
