What he does in his own echo is his business and is not relevant here.

As to accomodating Dan Ceppa, no the rules were not changed to accomodate
him, in fact he is likely to be very unhappy with them, as it was he wasnt
very happy with the earlier ruleset.

The earlier ruleset tried to protect some vestiges of the old holysmoke
while changing some of what it was, that didnt work, so we will further
erode the old vestiges of this echo.
