So, punish the kids. Sure Jane. Don't treat them with proper medication 
and shove them into classrooms like cattle.

JK>million.  That is for the buildings alone.  Then there is staffing
JK>and new school buses and whatever goes inside of them.  The cost
JK>would go on and on.
So the kids get dumber and dumber. Pretty soon, they'll believe you.

Or the communities get their heads screwed on straight.

That was tried once. Lots of people died.
