| subject: | Can`t copy files from NTFS to Fat32 |
From: "Gary Britt" I've got some .mpg and .vob files that were originally created on an NTFS drive with XP Pro. I can copy them all day long to another machine's or a USB hard drive PROVIDED the drive being copied to is NTFS. If I try and copy to a fat32 drive with plenty of space on it, I get an error message saying there is not enough room on their is not enough room on the drive. Is this something related to Fat32 not supporting acl entries? Alternate data streams? MS bullshit? Is there a secret incantation for the copy command or explorer that will make these files copy to a fat32 drive?
