I have removed the wording that prohibited open debate of moderator rulings.

However if one chooses to do so, it will not mean any moderator ruling is
reversible and belaboring a moderator ruling to death will result in the
thread being closed down if the thread starts dominating debate within the
echo.

So much for the Star Chamber Theory.
