IMHO, it is not correct to speak about Communism in the USSR. The USSR 
was a country which _tried_ to go in the direction of Communism. During 
its history the USSR approached differently towards the private 
property, like it has been in China. The difference is in the direction 
towards isolation. The USSR went to isolation and dictatorship, China 
goes from it.
