I tell you......Yesterday, my partner did get hurt.  If fact, I clobbered a 
guy on the my passenger side, my partner had has arm against the lining of 
the door, and he put a kink in it.  But of course, the guy I clobbered, you 
could see the inside of his car where the hole was from my bumper.  But it 
was worth it,  I won my 2nd heat race last night.  (The 1st one was 3 weeks 
ago.)  And there was a good race for first the first 2 1/2 laps.  Me and 
another car (Cutlass) was keeping right beside each other.  He hit me, and I 
swung into him.  Well, you know the rest.  The rest of the pack passed us and 
we were history.  The support for my passenger side fender is bent at a 45 
degree angle.  And the fender liner is up against my exhaust manifold and the 
alternator.  Lots of body work to do, and some paint, along with some teeth 
on the front of the car to show we are not going to be pushed around.  After 
all, 2 lady drivers get a lot of publicity at the track when they are leading 
the race right from the beginning.
