subject: HELP WITH SCRIPT

Greetings:
Saw the discussion about lack of traffic on the echo.
Isn't there anyone here who can help with the problem I
asked for help with some time ago?
Below is the query we posted back then. NOBODY replied.
Maybe there isn't any answer, but if someone would just -say-
so, we'd appreciate even that!
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Could we have help writing a script, please?
BACKGROUND:-- We write a semi-weekly mini-meditation on Scripture,
called Fresh Manna. Each one contains about 54 lines of text.
This we distribute in three conferences on a BBS, and to a
number of internet e-mail addresses, from the e-mail conference
on the same BBS. This, using Telemate 4.12.
SITUATION:-- At present, we send all these manually. We do use
macros for the "TO:" addresses, and for the "SUBJECT:" line.
But, for each copy to each recipient, we paste the text over
and over again from the clipboard, using the "ALT-P" command.
At 2400 bps, this takes a lot of time. And if more people want
personal copies by e-mail, it'll soon get out of hand.
I thought, "Surely a script could do this; send to each
address, whatever contents I put in the clipboard". So I used
the "LEARN SCRIPT" feature. But instead of recording, "ALT-P",
it recorded the full text each time it was pasted. This made
it long and cumbersome, and would get quite tedious each time
we come out with a new one, if we had to insert multiple copies
of the text into the script every time! |-)}+
QUESTION:-- How do I write a script to do the following, after
I'm already loggged on to the BBS? [BBS uses PCBoard.]
        "Join Conference xyz."
        "Enter a message".
        TO: Recipient 1
SUBJECT:-- Fresh Manna [Scripture Reference, F9 macro]
WRITE-- 50-54 lines of text. By ALT-P, pasting from
clipboard? Or send contents of a file?
Repeat for various conferences, various recipients, so
each one gets a copy of the same text. The SUBJECT string, and
the 50-54 line TEXT would change with each new devotional.
I looked through the manual for TMScript 4.00, and
couldn't recognize a command that would paste the contents of
the clipboard, or paste the contents of our actual 54-line file
itself, (plus the new "Subject" string), to the remote system.
We do have a text editor that will do column blocks, so
I could make a template that would start each line with the
"PUT" command, and just replace the actual text, within the
script file, each time. IF you only had to do that ONCE, and
could use some command to paste that one 54-line block, (and the
new "Subject" string), to the remote system for each of our
recipients.
