The official Microsoft response is:
"To obtain Word for Windows 95, version 7.0a, call the Microsoft Order Desk 
at (800) 360-7561. If you are outside of the United States, contact the 
Microsoft subsidiary for your area. To locate your subsidiary, call the 
Microsoft International Sales Information Center at (206) 936-8661."
It is not available as a patch or update to your existing copy of Word.
