This is very interesting. Could you please explain to me how these newsgroup 
echos work? How is it that you get a big phone bill when the callers 
themselves dial in to here? What exactly are the expenses that you have, and 
how is it that the sysops are getting stuck with them? I'd really like to 
know since this would greatly help me to understand this entire topic!
