I don't keep any applications or data on my c:\ drive, and yet the free
space keeps shrinking.  It's just XP Pro and a few small utilities, plus
all the plug-ins that the browser accumulates. Temporary Internet Files and
the swap file are on another partition too.

Is there anything one can do to reverse the erosion?
