     I *am* letting Delphi auto-create the forms. I was just using the
     default settings... Are there major benefits - besides fixing my
     problem ;-) - to creating the forms myself?

     I'll try it. Luckily, I keep a regular backup of each change and
     "going back" a couple of changes fixed the problem. I *now* want to
     make sure it doesn't happen again.
