I think it's some combination of (1) utterly ingrained habit (cf. "What?"
for SCSA), (2) "we respect you enough to chant something", and
(3) "you"
referring to whoever Angle's (presumably heel) opponent is.

I love how Lesnar created that self-fulfilling prophecy a few weeks
ago:  "Ever since SummerSlam, everyone has been telling me just one
thing."  What thing is that, Brock?  "'You tapped out!'"  Whoa, that's
a three-syllable phrase!  We're supposed to *chant* three-syllable
phrases...
