Greetings, Jim!
On 20 Apr 98, Jim Sanders entered the following ASCII codes for the express
viewing pleasure of Elvis Hargrove:

JS> Do you think it is worth the time and effort to keep
JS> Aviation and Flying conferences alive?
Perhaps every month or so we should have a "roll call" where all lurkers
would pipe up so we know they are still alive. May cause some traffic that
isn't needed, but at least we could find out who is still out there.
I believe here, as in another conference I follow, there are individuals
lurking that you never hear from unless you post a message to their name, or
some comment comes up that is in their area of expertise, and then they will
pop up with an expert answer.
