Dude, I have been sober for over four years and I still occasionally
blow up when things don't go my way.  Anger is a natural response to
some events, though some would call it a character defect.  Violence is
the extreme and is the true character defect, IMHO.  Anyway, I could go
on and on about anger.  You are not alone.
