c:\System Volume Information is not accessible.

Access is denied.

However, a right click on Properties seems to show that it's empty.  I have
both of those features disabled anyway.

AVG anti-virus has an 11M .dat file in the root directory, even though I
installed AVG on my e:\ drive.
