Exactly where would that be?  I was under the impression that this echo is
where interaction between the general public and the FTSC is should be topical.
 If anything was offtopic it would have been the election taking place in this
echo given that the participants have absolutely no say in the outcome, and
furthermore, are being repressed if your assessment to topicality is to take
presidence over the proceedings of this echo.  Hoving said that I suppose it
would depend on the definition of moderator.
