 True, if all the parents in a district voted and voted yes. But there 
are even parents that vote no on school levy  to tell the district to 
change things... Its so frustrating... And I spend hours a week at the 
school helping with various things... Its still an ARGH! And I be being 
on the school board doesn't always help...
