-> A lot of photo business is based upon good faith and trust. It simply is not -> worth the time and effort to try to track the usage of all your images, if -> you are selling regularly. You accept that most users are honest. Now if you -> happen across your image in an unexpected place - a client passed it along -> to another user without your permission - a letter pointing this out, along -> with a substantial invoice usually gets results. The law is definitely -> stacked to favor the copyright holder. With current law, the moment you have -> shot the image, you have automatically copyrighted it. Yep, as you all know, I've been there, done that. I think the problem with that particular picture has finally subsided.
