Without looking, I didn't even remember what TZUTCc was  :)
Old age must be slipping in...
I found it in FD.DOC, but not in RA.DOC and I even checked PB217.DOC.

As far as I know EleBBS does not support this. I'd be curious to hear what
BBS software does support it, and why would a BBS need it at all (unless
it contains a built in mailer?)
