Return to Witch Mountain was released in 1986 and again in 1990.  I do not 
think Disney has had it out since, but it is still a title you can easily 
find at most video stores.

Sorry, I do not have internet access...
Those companies were right, the title is currently on moritorium.  But it ran 
on Disney Channel 2 months ago.
