I was talking about the 'Faith' pitch, but your point probably still 
stands.

The Faith pitch, which the guy that came up with it seemed to think was 
original, had Faith, wanted for murder, travelling from town to town 
getting involved in people's lives.  It was The Fugitive with a Slayer 
instead of a doctor and vampires; Kung Fu with a motorcycle and 
vampires; Then Came Bronson with vampires; and Renegade with vampires.
