 How do, Wayne?

-> WC> As a Staffordshire Bull Terrier his coat requires little
-> WC> attention and he always looks good.
-> WC> Getting a bit grey though in the face.

-> My dogs coats are good too. Just keep them clean and groomed. The
-> garlic can't hurt is what I meant but I was thinkinga bout this more
-> and wond if it's the brewer's yeast that's actually what brings out
-> the luster in the coat.

 WC> Clean?
WC> I used to bathe the dog every week or so, now it's more like six
WC> months. House dog, he never gets noticably dirty and I've heard
WC> stripping a dog's body oils can cause skin irritations - conditions.

I recall hearing something about an acidic, or baseous soap. (50% chance of
guessing right here, but...) We use an acidic formula to dislodge our
baseous sweat, (Or vise versa) where other mammals are the opposite.
Likewise, our sweat can wreck havoc on all but wool fibre rugs for the same
reason. It's the fluctuating change of states in a dogs skin, and on most
carpeting that speed up their demise. Of course, I might have heard total
crap, so...
