Obviously Microsoft has decided to not use the established monthly update
cycle and now randomly wish to pester valid users with their wga trojan
updates.

Yet another update for the wga trojan (kbd05474) was in my update box this
afternoon. Microsoft also wished to install the Australian Daylight Savings
Time update (kbd13670)  on this US computer.
