Think of the impact if thoes 3 percent were active in fighting to keep the 
natural environment good enough for thoes fish to live in the wild??
Then we would not only have the fish, but also the natural habitat to enjoy.
I find your arguements impelling.  For a more advanced hobbyist to keep a few 
'wild' natural fish might have merit.  But what about the 'novice' or 
'newbie'.  Should they not be encuraged to keep captive bred fish first?
