 County libraries all now are signed "no weapons."  The branch in
 Litchfield refuses to enforce it, so I can't get 'em to arrest me, so I
 need to line up a thief...er, lawyer.
 I know the state library at the capitol has gone through this thing and
 they decided that "no, we don't have the authority to put those signs
 up."  Mucho thanx to Earnest Hancock for that one.
