I actually figured out what it was. I was working in a VM that I had
disconnected from the Internet. As soon as I connected it to the Internet,
it fixed itself. So that process obviously wants to see a connection to the
outside world, even though it should be internal to that VM.

> You could try running netstat it see if port 10088 is actually
listening.
