I'm not familiar with that radio, however I can give you a starting
point:
 
The sleeve, (the long part closest to the wire), is common to both the
ground side of the mic and the PTT switch.  From there, you can use a
voltmeter to see which of the remaining contacts, (probably the tip),
is the PTT, and the one without voltage on it, probably the ring, (the
middle part), is the hot lead of the mic.
