The problem isn't the IP address, you could assign 6 different addresses to
the same NIC and it would work with all 6 networks. The problem is you only
get one gateway address per machine and the gateway is probably different
between the different networks.
netsh might allow you to do something based on a login script though? You
know, make a menu that says "what location 1,2,3? and then have the
user pick the number for the location he is at.
