I'm going to assume that this is given to school aged children.  I
downloaded a couple of articles from the net about Ritalin which mention
that other drugs are also being abused.
And, I have a daughter who adopted some children, one of whom has been
recommended for Ritalin by a school system unprepared to handle a child
with petite mal epilepsy. That really isn't going to be cured with the
Ritalin.
But it will lead to a drug problem later in life.
