If you are a sysop, you set the "get file" flag in a netmail message in your 
mailer's editor.  Then you type the name of the file you want in the Subject: 
field.  You send the netmail message direct to the system that has the file 
(not routed, in other words).  
If you are not a sysop, you can ask the sysop where you post if he or she 
will freq the file for you . 
If you have any other questions, you should send me a netmail or E-Mail
