Then something is still not setup right over there. Why would my NNTP server be
distorting anything? I'm sending this via Golded in a Linux console at the
moment. My NNTP server has nothing to do with it - and you didn't ask for a
username/password to use my NNTP server, so I'm not sure why you would assume
my NNTP server was doing anything wrong.

Looks to me as though that site it translating the messages to CP866, even
though the actual website is encoded in UTF-8. You may want to ask Sergey how
he has that setup, but that is definitely not how it is supposed to look. ;)
