I know they make the NIC cards.  Anyway, most cable companies provide a NIC 
card and cable modem when you sign up for the service.  Time Warner is 
scheduled to present to us on June 2, 1998.  I'll take good notes and ask 
questions.  I don't know if each computer hooked up needs it's own cable 
modem or if there are five places for cable to plug in on one cable modem.  I 
assume that each computer needs a network interface card.
We're beginning to drift away from USR modems, so I won't be posting anything 
else on cable modems.  If you or Gene ok it, then I'll post a summary of what 
Time Warner is doing in Austin after the meeting, but not unless one of you 
oks it.
