Different definition of "problem"; to you there's no problem
unless someone is throwing molotovs or fists... I tend to 
see it a little differently apparently...

I would tend to expect that racially integrated schools
(that is throughout primary, etc), would have little in the
way of racial problems... I base this, no doubt naively, on
experiences in my local district...

Nope... USED to be, and that led to EXACTLY the kind of
racial strife we're discussing here... Again, the existence
of same suggested to me that the Pittsburg schools might not
be fully integrated from primary

More than I like to see, certainly, but not as true in my
district as in many others I've seen...
