Yes, if the provider is using the USR v.everything I believe that USR
jumped the gun and made their own 33.6 protocl and this may very well not
work to well with the actual raify standard, which our code uses. You might
check if your ISP has this older code installed or newer, if there is one
available. The situation is akin to VFC andd V34 of a few years back. VFC was
the first 28.8 and it came out before V.34 which is now the standard. I'm not
sure if USR's choice was the best, but it can be a problem now. I would check
into that.
