Actually, it has not been released on video.  It has been on Disney Channel 
in it's original form, and that's it.  The Adv. of Ichabod/Toad is actually 
two "shorts" that run about 30 minutes each, with "bridge" material in 
between the two shorts.  The two shorts have been released on video as 
separate tapes, but the entire movie in it's original form, with the stained 
glass intro and the bridge material between the two shorts, - that version 
has not been released on video.  It's only been on Disney Channel and even 
then, only rarely.
